We encourage the following methods for sterilising your bottles:
1. Boiling water - place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Steam Sterilisers
3. Microwave - If you are using microwave steam bag sterilizers, please follow the instruction provided in the packets.
4. Dishwashers (top-rack only, avoid being too close to heating coils).
Do not use with a UV Sterilizer.
While UV Sterilization is gaining popularity, we believe its a very new techonology which should be used at a minimum. If you feel the need to use UV Sterilizers, please limit to once a day (max), and make sure not to over-expose bottles to UV. (Warning: There is no clear information about the risks or harmful effects of UV Sterilization. Overexposure to UV may generally lead to faster material degradation. )
