Directions for Use:

• Suitable 3 months+ 
• Diffusion: Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser. =
• Massage or bath: Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs. 
• For 3 to 24 months: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. 
• For 24 months+: 4 drops to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.
